Hello everyone I guess its time to introduce myself.
I'm 23 years old, 5'3(yes I know I'm short), and currently 141lbs around 8-10% bf. I have been training for powerlifting for a bit over 2 years now. Current lifts 315 bench, 425 squat, 495 deadlift. I have been doing research the past few months on starting my first cycle, and have now joined here to read and learn what I can before starting in the next 6-8 months.
