There are several ways to naturally boost your metabolism and promote healthy weight:

  1. Build muscle mass: Strength training exercises, such as weightlifting, can help increase muscle mass, which in turn can boost your metabolism.
  2. Eat enough protein: Eating a diet that's high in protein can help you feel full and satisfied, which may help you consume fewer calories overall.
  3. Stay hydrated: Drinking enough water can help support your metabolism by allowing your body to efficiently process and burn calories.
  4. Get enough sleep: Lack of sleep can disrupt your metabolism and lead to weight gain, so it's important to prioritize getting enough sleep each night.
  5. Eat a balanced diet: Eating a diet that's rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein can help provide the nutrients your body needs to function properly.
  6. Stay active: Regular physical activity, such as walking, running, or cycling, can help boost your metabolism and burn calories.

What about “breathing”? Is breathing good? I think I read somewhere that breathing is healthy and if you breathe then you live longer.
