So now and again I post a shout out to Mrs. BRICKS. Yes, it's an overt brag thread. She earns it. 5'1", 125 lbs, she's been training 6 or 7 years. She's put up a 315 squat. Recently she put a couple before/after pictures together, and some of these I've posted before. She's 55 and will out train moat of the guys on this board.

Thank you for sharing, she looks fantastic! I really needed this today, I am surrounded by out of shape women. It bothers me and scares the shit out of me sometimes getting older as a woman. I am 10 years younger than her and she has given me belief that my body won't go to hell either!

Well, started out about 50/50 (ok, maybe 60/40) female/male bodybuilders, but frankly I don't care to look at a bunch of male bodybuildersbon the wall, bodybuilding is gay enough the way it is. So gradually it became 100% female bodybuilders/fitness and she likes that better anyway. Most of the wallpaper is IFBB or WBFF pros and she follows a lot of them. So no, she's cool with it. I've got a bunch of her pics on the walls as well.
