You guys seem to be a knowledgeable bunch and maybe I can add some every now and then. I love reading and reading up on data, supplements and PEDs.
My stats:
39yo
6'2"
195lbs

about 19 years of weight lifting on and off.....was chubby as a kid, and in my 18s-20s I decided that was no more.
Bench 235lbs
Shoulder Press 135lbs
Squat: 285lbs (not too deep)
Deadlift: 235lbs.
Pullups: 20 unassisted.
Currently on a 3 month fitness journey. I woke up one day and said to myself I want a 6 pack before Im 40. Started a 10 weeks 50mg test prop every day cycle, lost some serious body fat and put on a nice frame. I currently ended my PCT. My boys are nice and full and I feel ok. Im on 4iu genotropin M-F and some GRPH2 and Mod GRF on weekends.
