Just wanted to drop an intro and say hello. I guess I am considered old now getting close to 40.
Currently about done rehabbing an injury and getting back into the swing of things.
Nothing impressive to say really just that I love the gym and working out.

Pretty sure you’re not old here. Welcome to the forum.

Hi. Close to 40 you think you are old. That is for sure. Close to 60 you know you are old. Still I look at the young chicks in the gym like i used to.
. Most of the time dont remember my own name. But I still train in the gym like It matters.
So forget your age and make the most of today. I promise you will be 40 way before you are ready.
Make every session count. Make every day count. Don't wake up and take it easy that is just a wasted day.
