I agree with Dan ... lack of results in 1st non-cycle was likely due to lack of quality calories ... good diet means nothing ... how many calories were you eating and what was your macro break down (protein fat carbs) ... at 175 pounds diet and heavy compounds lifts alone would increase weight and strength ... its unlikely you need to cycle at all over the next year ... you need to learn how to lift and eat for muscle growth ... the great news is your in the right place to learn ... welcome to the SI/UG community ..

Pin the night of squats if you're doing quads. You get a slight pip, you won't be sore on your squat day. Pin squat night and 3 days later.

Do the same cycle, dont pyramid 500 the whole time, maybe raise to 750 at the end. U will see better gains. Eat eat eat, Lift hard, oh did I mention eat?
