I use to always just lift heavy. Never got into bodybuilding more power lifting. I’m 6’3 and usually sat around 285. This past year I battled some personal issues and ballooned up to 335. Yesterday morning I clocked in at 301 from eating right ( keto ) and cardio and lifting. I’ve done plenty of cycles tren being my favorite by far but it’s a love hate relationship with it especially it almost ruined my marriage LOL. Right now I just been on 4iu of HGH which I plan on running for awhile
