Goodmorning guys and gals,

I'm a 24 year old male 5ft 11in currently 185lbs

This is the fitness forum I've ever created an account for so this cool. I have been working out for about 2 and half years now with still a lot to learn so I hope to learn a lot from everyones experiences they share on here.

I just read it takes the average man 35 days to do his first muscle up.

why do you think it's going to take you 315 days?

I think we need to revise our timeframe to 4/1/2023.

He apparently has muscle tone and is above average given by what I can see.

He should be able to do at least one in less than thirty-five days.

Appears to a dumb arse like me that English isn't your first language. It smells like you are using a translator. Where are you from. Consider yourself special turkey doesn't usually say more than welcome. He must like you. Just between us I think he is into guys. But don't tell anyone I said that.
Take it easy start slow and mingle. There are tons of friendly guys and girls here. Only too happy to help you get to where you are going faster. Everyone here started from nothing. We all remember walking into a gym and not knowing what to do except to occasionally look at the ladies. So ask for help and you get it.
Turkey is right. Set a goal for the week. To do four solid workouts. Set one for the month to eat better and cook at home. Set one for the year. To do 10 muscle ups. That is 10 more than me.
