Slight increase in E2 and Prolactin during mild TRT

Here my new hormonal panel after 2 months of 40 mg. of Test. Enanth. every 4 days.

• Testosterone Total - 540 Range 107 - 780
• Free Testosterone - 37,10 Range 15 - 50
• Prolactin - 18,5 Range 2,0 - 13,0 H
• E 2 - 44,6 Range < 35 H
• DHEA - 2,3 Range 2,2 - 9,5
• SHBG - 22,7 Range 13 - 71
• TSH - 3,10 Range 0,350 - 4,940
• FT3 - 3,20 Range 1,7 - 4,6
• FT4 - 0,80 Range 0,7 - 1,5​

As you can see I got both Estrogen and Prolactin a bit high , I don't have gyno issue or any side effects , I was thinking to run some A.I. or Dostinex . Could my high prolactin be a consequence of Test aromatization ?
It's strange having high prolactin with this mild ammount of test . I remember back to the old days I used to run cycles with over 1 gram of testo a week plus plus....
