This is the protocol i plan to employ, especially so i can get my strength back as well (i hope) to grow hopefully a but and on a bulk so we will see: comming off a few injuries so this will hopefully fit? :

M/w/f: (legs and back)
Squats
Deads
A few accessory lifts such as pullups, either front squats and or lunges, bent rows, lock out deads, dimel deads... Etc...

Teusday/thursday/saturday (chest shoulders)
Bench and
Presses
Accessory lifts will include dips, pullups, rows, shrugs, tbar rows, close grip bench, pushups, and a few others as well

Im gonna be doing strip sets with all main lifts, and 12-15 reps for accessory so my gpp will come up a bit

Cardio will be done at night because thats when it can happen

What do u guys think??


It is loosely based upon the hst program... With a few of my own tweaks...

It maybe too much and i may switch it to:

Monday/thursday lower and back

And
Teusday/friday upper

Correct me if I'm wrong J20, HST is geared to a bb style workout?

Yes, hypertrophy specific i believe? I like how they set it up w the reps to get u acclimated, thats y the accessory lifts will be more towards 15-20 reps light weight....

It could all fail? I just wanted this program to lean more towards getting my work capacity up along with focus on strength for the big 4, squats deads bench and presses
