Do they make caps for these media bottles with butyl stoppers? Would give me a little peace of mind to slap one of those on a medial vial before transferring.
Yeah it is an open top cap and the stopper has a name like septic or sepsis... something like that.

you will def need those, as Pillar said...very necessary...wait on them things to stock and grab em. I used those and mine kept getting clogged up, it was a dirty batch but I ended up switching to the Whatman and it went smooth.
Really? The Whatman zap caps or syringe filters?
