For those whom want to shed fat , try this..
Yes , the rowing machine than nobody uses..
Only takes 12 minutes , than 16 minutes a workout after used to doing it .
Start rowing at around 35 strokes per minute and keep this pace for 3 minutes.
Then , go balls out for as long as you can , setting a goal of over 45 strokes per minute for 1 minute total
Then back off to 30strokes per minute for 3 minutes , than back to balls out for up to a minute
Do this for 3 sets , total of 12 minutes twice or three times a week and you will see fat fall off.
I'm a firm believer in short interval cardio for fat loss.
