So I’m not too sure if it’s my test/tren or something I’m doing wrong (never felt like this before any other cycle or most shots) but it feels like I have a knot in my shoulder. It gets super sore if I’m doing too much with my arm but only for a few hours after injecting its like this. Is it just my gear not spreading well or could it be something else?

what’s some things you guys to do mitigate that quicker. I forgot I have a massage gun im gonna try that after injecting from now on haha. I’m not the one to complain but it’s not like a normal sore it’s kinda painful for a while

thanks everyone

I think it’s totally normal. Especially if it goes away or even is significantly more tolerable the next day and gone the 3rd.. That’s pretty standard sometimes. Could be the tren, probably is. Could just be a histamine reaction. Either way, this sounds fine to me.
If it’s the test and you’re running something like SUS. That’s pretty standard more often than not.
Cyp, I’ve had some in the past. Not near as common.
may be a higher than average BA content.
It’s malleable. So gone by the 3rd, no worries. You’ll get use to that.

I'm nursing one of these knots in a quad right now, from like 2 weeks ago. When it was at its worse (a day or so) I put a heating pad on it a bit and took ibuprofen for comfort. I've just been avoiding my quads with this current stuff I'm using, not sure what's different, maybe the oil, maybe a small infection, I dunno. I've had knots with some other compounds before. I've heard heating the oil a bit before drawing and injecting helps.

I like to roll in around between my palms to warm it up a bit before hand. I’ve only hit delts once and it wasn’t to bad but I have had some PIP from test prop in the past that made me almost think about quitting the cycle. It went away after about a week and a half or so but it was pretty unbearable for a bit.

I always warm the oil by running it under hot water for 20-30 sec before drawing/injecting.

If you are consistently having issues in your shoulders, the obvious fix would be to not inject there and use a different site.

Something that should help is to inject before taking a hot shower then let the hot/warm water run on the area for a bit during your shower.

Also, if you are experiencing this after a few weeks, your gear might just suck. You shouldn't have PIP every time you inject. That is typically a sign of shit product.

I tried ass, quad and shoulder.. Shoulder is best for me a bit of discomfort but nothing horribie for a day or two angle is a lil tricky. In quad injection couldnt have been easier felt nothing at all too good to be true, woke up next day and couldnt walk right for 3 days never attempt that again.

With all due respect to Big Swole, who is twice my size and 3x my intelligence, I must disagree. But this has just been my experience. I enjoy PIP from some of my products because I’m certain their authenticity and reliability. To me and in my experience it’s meant the gear is strong, even possibly over dosed.

the garbage gear thing, has been the case for one person I do know. But I’m strictly referring to non infectious pain.

I can underdose the **** out of something and manipulate the carrier oil and solvant profile to give you pip.

PIP is not an indication of properly dosed gear.

A hot compress can help with dissipating the oil.

Hey everything we do in bodybuilding is a learning experience, pinning no different. You will get better at it, you may need too rotate sites, or perform inject slower. Sometimes it’s a batch of gear or the brewer. Or you may be sensitive to something used to make it. Just be glad you live in this timeline lol, 20 years ago everything hurt, you could tell who used by the limping lol. These days for me only certain compounds hurt. I used too enjoy EQ every cycle, so the undec version I’d mix in syringe with say a prop or suspension to lower pip. However bold prop OMG steeer clear, imagine the pain of a compound so bad, that the sponsor advertising it was cheap due too,” intense pip” ! I kid you not, of course back then idiot newbie I was ( maybe in many ways I still lol ) I’m like damn, 7$ for 10 ml of bold prop , I’ll take a few .

now hear this nothing in my 20 years of cycling stuff comes even remotely close to the pain I felt for the following 3 to 4 weeks post injection.NOTHING!!! I could not even sit on the damn John I literally thought I was dying , nothing helped it was henoius , some compounds will feel pain so up too you to figure that .

many stanzolo preparations hurt more then others too, despite being a personal favorite. Back then in most suspension formulas you had too shake vigorously because the sentiments were visible and large so basically you inject these tiny sharp stones in the body ouch !! Later the term micronized came with finer smoother particles thank god, also many UG guys use oil as carriers now no pip in those. With the aqueous based suspension at least if your pin sites became too inflamed winny inject was same as oral so like just drink it. I actually like tastes of oral winny so that’s how I roll lol

How much oil are you injecting? What is your process? I heat the vial in hot water while I get my morning snack/breakfast ready.

I have no problems hitting VG, quads, and delts on the regular with my trt and even TNE with no lasting PIP. I can hit the TNE in my delt and go hit shoulders 30 minutes later.

Places I've found easy to stick... pecs, triceps, shoulders, glutes. I don't like quads, calves, biceps. Never tried lats but maybe if I ever get bored enough I may try it.

Tris are seriously underrated to rotate in when injecting frequently.

I haven't seen anyone ask, but how much volume are you shooting into your shoulder? Please answer this question.

I simply can't handle much volume into my shoulders. If I try to pin more than .5ml of any oil then I'll usually get a very uncomfortable/painful lump.

Other things that have helped me with shoulders is injecting slowly (like 60 seconds for 0.5ml), using a thin carrier oil (mig840), minimizing the amount of BB used to make the injectable, and doing a short cardio session to get the blood flowing and following that up with some stretches.

Good point. The size of the muscle will dictate how much it can safely, easily take. You can warm up the oil, you can take a shower before to warm up the area, use a heating pad after to help disperse the oil.

Ugh, I've tried calves and biceps... I wish I could include them in my rotation, but those injects are debilitating to me no matter what I do. Not to mention I can't seem to avoid nerves in those muscles.

My favorite injection spots are ventroglutes, lats, pecs, triceps, shoulders, and traps.

Like others who have posted, I avoid injecting quads entirely. I've had too many painful lumps in quads to ever do them intramuscular ever again. If someone wants to use quads, then I recommend doing it sub-q and splitting the volume across both legs.
