Started my 4-5 week diet Monday and I'm taking 50mcg of T3. Is my 200mg dose of test cyp enough to prevent muscles loss?
You got nothing to worry about plus you're not going that heavy an the dose.
I'm sure you will need to find this out on your own so you can tell me I was right later. That's going to do almost nothing for you. I ran T3 and Clen and other then having a shaky coffee cup in the morning, it did zero for me.
I don't have any reservations at running it at 75 or 100mcg, it's just I didn't know if my TRT dose would be sufficient for keeping my muscle.
Do you think 200mg of test a week is enough to prevent catabolism at 100mcg?
That's a very fast drop. Everything your dropping is not fat for sure. You might be dropping water weight as well and maybe even muscle. Id slow down a bit and up my protein
