Basically, I've arrived. This first post is a "formality."
That said, I'm gearing up for my first-ever cycle and while most of you cowards do this sissy pinning crap, I'm going oral only because I'm hardcore like that. Scored my gear after clicking some random ad while watching Alien 51 porn. Had to fork up my social security for payment, but that's normal in this underground world we live in so I'm good with that.
Running Oxandrolone. Can't spell it so I have to Google it whenever I write it. IDK squat about best approach because the info is all over the place. I also have specific questions that I can't find answers to. Figured I'd give you guys the privilege of answering my questions.

Me: I'm in mid 30s. About 177 lbs. My routine:
- I wake up. Instantly.
- Get to gym about 5am. I do this about 4x a week. And I've been doing it for about 2.5 years.
- I also run now. Two miles at about a 7.5 minute pace. And I cycle: I have a GoPro on my helmet so you know I'm hardcore like Lance Armstrong, except that coward wasn't winning unless he was pinning.
My problem:
- I wanna look jackd and tan, but just a little bit more.
My questions:
- What is a good dosage plan, or where can I find some quality reading on a sound plan, backed up w/ science and crap?
- I hear Oxandrolone does a number on your lipids; should I avoid bad lipids while on cycle? And follow up: What over-the-counter supplements should I take, if any?
- Am I allowed to (heavily) drink once a week during cycle?
- Anyone have experience mixing this w/ Adderall? I take anywhere between 10mg - 20mg daily.
- I'll consider any other advice you want to share.
