Thanks for the welcomes. I don't want to seem like I think gear is a magic solution. I know it also take hard work and proper nutrition. We put in the work at the gym. Just set a new PR on bench this morning. Im not looking to compete in BB or PL. I just want to be strong and look good. I'm on the right path and I know I'll get there faster IF I can get my diet in check. Just figured I join introduce myself and try and learn more.

Welcome aboard. Lots of good information out here. Read and ask questions. I know this has been said, but I cant stress enough how important diet is. That doesn't mean eating good 3 meals a day and crappy ones the other 3. Its a total commitment. Stick around!

Just outta curiosity how long did you run your var only cycle and at what daily dose? After that what kind of problems did you notice?
Didnt know if maybe you got shut down and had dick issues and thats what brought on the 10mgs daily of cialis because thats a hefty daily dose. I wouldnt be able to handle the cramps from all that cialis. 2-3mgs daily is insane enough at 10mgs Id be smashing holes in the drywall around my house with my pecker.
