To get locked into the current Helios Nutrition rates! Starting March 1st, Spongy's rates will go up and he will be taking new clients on referral basis only (special exceptions).

Helios will be bringing a new nutritionist on staff to take on new clients. Don't worry, Spongy isn't going anywhere and will review all diets as needed.

An announcement will me made shortly introducing the new nutritionist, so watch out for it and get PUMPED!
