Dry peeling skin around injection site

So I’ve been using my upper - outer quadrant of my right butt cheek since I’m right handed.

No discoloration no pain no swelling but there seems to be some kind of necrosis of the skin right around where I poke. Flaky dead skin.

Is this common for ugl injectables ?

I’m using Nakon, pharmaqo, dragon pharma and geneza pharmaceuticals.

Come to think of it , my ol lady complains about it being sore and itchy when I give her a glute injection.

There's a milky discharge after a while too ....

maybe it's leprosy.
