Considering taking clen or dnp if I don't see results

That time frame is way too short to meet your cut goals. I'm honestly not sure if clen or DNP would even be enough, assuming you didn't care about safety.

I'd consider pushing your competition date back before running either compound.

Normally I'd agree with you, but I don't think this is lifter. She's spoken with me a couple times and it feels too genuine to be our resident troll.

I could also be wrong.

I'm doing low carb/keto
20g of carbs
1g of protein per body weight
No saturated fats
Drink carbonated water with flavoured drops (no sugar of course)
Daily calorie intake: 950 to 1000
Training 2x muscle group per week
15-20 minutes of cardio ( inclined walker)
