Heck yeah! I actually notice the strength increase 2 days after refeed*. It’s weirdDecided personally not to give af this off-season and really focus on breaking PR’s. I know if I keep getting stronger I will grow more and look my best ever when I begin cutting in a couple months. The only way I can do this is by eating as much as possible which hits the same numbers on a consistent basis.
