This is a great way to train I feel like especially if you’re busy as fuck all the time…5 hours a week is all you need max.
Ignorant or ego driven jackasses just dont understand.. Training the right way takes you less time than doing shit the wrong way and spinning your wheels.. and they want to spend all day arguing their shit

I just wish I had only known about lactic acid training and worried about metabolic fatigue and cortisol
So does Mentzer and Yates.. They may have turned out to be big if they had..lol
