Hello everyone,

I am new to the forum and looking to broaden my knowledge in and outside of the gym so that I can improve my current and future physique and overall health. I just moved to southern Cali and I see nothing but very fitt bodies all around. I freaking love it! I definitely need to step up my game and get back to my lean bulky self again. I know what it takes, I just need some motivation. Anyhow glad to be here and looking forward to achieving my new physique goals. Currently
5'10
198Ibs
Body fat between 15-17%
34" waist
I know I'm forgetting a lot of stats but I'll get better at it lol
I would like to be at
190Ibs
9-10% body fat
32" waist

I have began carb cycling, cut out night sweets, upped natural protein intake, lifting heavier with at least 5-8 reps, upped my cardio performed after lifting from 10mins to 30mins along with plenty of water consumption. Having 4-5 lean meals a day. Only thing I think I'm missing are some good vitamins, pre and post workout supps for lean mass. Any suggestions? On any of it
