Yes I know and I lost my workout homie he was my go too I end up doing. The same workouts not here to make excuses lol but I love leg press hate squats Lower back pain never been a cardio guy but I try to isolate muscle groups do super sets for about 5 months now as for diet but not sure how to micro haven’t found a good app that works for me I’m not the most tech savvy so maybe just me
