What's up everybody just joined site. Looking to get back to where I was got lazy working hard. Took a year off now I am discussed with myself going for bloodwork next week 230 pounds 57 years old hoping I can get some good advice then researching, my connection here move away, so have to find a different way. The information that I need help and advice I could get will be much appreciated. This would not be my first time.
