closing on an old 4runner. pics this weekend 😎 im happy with it.

cant even do bodyweight squats without adductor fucking up. its like it rolls over and pops. halfrepped kettlebells for quads thats all i could do

traps on fire. did a rest pause set then a widowmaker set. seems like a good approach.

jumped up on bicep curls cuz i didnt wanna make 2 trips to grab 35s and 5s for my bar. made good progress on it though.
Ok. But I for real have lagging traps and no back definition or thickness. I need to do what you’re doing

shrugs on this machine. my rom kinda goes back with a slight curve upwards towards the top. edit: neutral grip works best for me

set 1: I usually do my heavy set, then drop to 70ish percent load wait 40-45 secs, fail again, drop to 55ish% wait 40-45 secs, fail.

wait 4-5 mins

set 2: 75ish%, fail. drop to 55ish% wait 45 secs. fail. keep doing minibursts with 10-20seconds rest til u hit that number u failed at 55% with.

Getting acid reflux on just 200 tren. kinda ass 😠 if it doesnt fix itself by next pin (it wont, but im not wasting my time trying to fix it either), im subbing it out for 250 test. really sucks because my arms are looking like granite rn so I hate the see the look fade. cant see on the damn pics cuz my phone cams ass.

adding slin back in

stalled on my main movement for 5 sessions despite giving it an extra 2 rest days. tells me its to sub out these little dips 🥲 I think I'm just gunna add and alternate day and run that 2x for every time I run the dip day.

also, new 4runner. will get pics once weathers not ass

quads were so toast from somersaults i couldnt hold legs straight for calves. ill have to start with calves next leg day. adductors feelin a good bit better.

added a bench day to give more time between my dip days since progress was slowed. barely moving any weight 💀 but im sure itll kick up. figured id throw in some shoulders on this day too now that my chest isnt complete shit i can start doing shoulders again
