set 1: I usually do my heavy set, then drop to 70ish percent load wait 40-45 secs, fail again, drop to 55ish% wait 40-45 secs, fail.
wait 4-5 mins
set 2: 75ish%, fail. drop to 55ish% wait 45 secs. fail. keep doing minibursts with 10-20seconds rest til u hit that number u failed at 55% with.
