This is my first log so I'll try to format it correctly.
I'm 5'9 - 220lbs currently on TRT at 300mg a week testosterone cypionate a week through an online clinic. Been lifting for one year this month.

I lift 3 days on 1 day off

1. Chest and Triceps
- Dumbell bench
- Inclined dumbell bench
- Chest Flys on the pec deck
- Triceps cable pull down
- Supinated cable Triceps pull downs
- weighted dips.

2. Back and Biceps
- lat pull downs wide grip
-lat pull downs narrow grip
- Cable rows wide grip
- Cable rows narrow grip
- Standing barbell curls with an ez bar
- hammer curls with dumbells

3. Shoulders, lats, legs
- overhead press with dumbells
- dumbell front lateral raises
- dumbell side lateral raises
- seated dumbell raises for the back of shoulders
- shoulder shrugs with barbell or dumbells
- squats or leg press
- calf raises
- seated leg extensions
- reverse leg extensions.

Amazing progress man. Keep it going. What does your diet look like these days? Are you doing any other drugs or ozempic?

Thank you for the kind words. I'm not on any other drugs besides Testosterone it seems like when I got my T levels up to around 1500 the fat I had started falling off easier. My diet is pretty good. I eat a lot of protein, fresh vegetables, and fruit. I cut out processed food and fast food 18 months ago.

My only vice is I love hazelnut creamer in my coffee
People that stress out about coffee creamer crack me up. It's such a small percentage of your daily food intake. Enjoy it.

How much weight have you lost so far?

My training partner is in a similar situation to you. He went down front 310 to 250 in the past year.

I've lost 107 lbs but I recomped and added a lot of muscle.
