Update: Mrs. BRICKS is hitting the bike for 30 minutes 2-3 times a day, yesterday she trained upper body as usual, today she did body weight suqats and extensions and the Hoist leg press with an empty sled (bodyweight only). Walking a lot more and we took her stitches out tonight. Pretty sore today, as expected from starting to put some work on the knee. Still on an excellent track to recovery.

Mrs BRICKS saw our ortho surgeon today for follow up 2 weeks after surgery. He said at 2 weeks out she's already ahead of most people by a week, so she's kicking ass. Biggest issue now is that she's been functioning for 50+ years on a discoid meniscus and now that it's been made into a normal meniscus there's 1/8-1/4" space in there (as it should be normally) and it feels like it's unstable. Just gotta reprogram the brain and perception. Time and use will fix that.
