All of Anthony Bourdain's shows. No Reservations will always be the first one to come to mind for me. But they're all great in their own way.

His shows go beyond just mindless traveling and eating. By the time an episode is over, I'm always left thinking or feeling a certain way. Very few movies, shows, etc ever had that effect on me.
