If she is bulking and is hungry that is a sign that she is growing or her muscles need extra calories. Make sure all meals and snacks are clean healthy foods.

If she is cutting, make sure she sticks to plan.

Was she into bodybuilding earlier in her life, or is this her first run at it? Her transformation from her starting point has been fantastic.

Just the experience really. I will always give positive feedback as will our gym family. So far there are 5+ planning on making the 3hour drive to support her. That makes her feel good.
