Don't waste your money.
BIA scales like the one your checking out are easily the most inaccurate forms of measurement available because they are heavily influenced by glycogen/water levels.
Personally, I'd use calipers/tape measurements/mirror for regular feedback with the occasional (start>halfway>end of a goal) dexa/bodpod scan for something a bit more accurate.
I hear they are not real accurate. I wouldn't care if they are consistently off but I here they vary from one day to the next depending on how hydrated you are. But then for the price and if you need a scale, it maybe worth a try.

Well if the weight itself is accurate it's enough for me. Bodyfat was more of a nice bonus.
Amazon has a nice return policy anyway.
I will buy this one and see what it says, it'a almost the same price as any other cheap scale.
