I’ve posted regarding this before I’ll summarize though, I’ve been having issues with my blood sugar at somewhat frequent intervals. What happens is I get hot, sweaty, weak, shaky and feel like I am gonna faint. Happens 2-3 times a month the past 3 months. This happens even when I properly eat and hydrate. Today I had a very bad episode of it and had to leave the gym. However I think today was made worse by a strong pre workout so I think the caffeine made it worse. However it’s randomly happened late at night before when we’ll feed and no caffeine for 12 hours.

Growing up I’ve had bouts of low blood sugar l
but never as extreme as it’s gotten in the past 3 months. I get so weak i can’t even stand without getting light headed and I sweat so much my shirt is soaked.

So so going to my general physician today and being seen my his nurse practitioner as that’s all they had open for the day. I am on 300mg test e and 5mg cialis daily. Do I need to disclose this to her, really don’t think these are causing this.

I think I may be over reacting however better be safe than sorry.

Purpose of the post post is to seek advice from y’all on what test or bloodwork should I ask her to run?

To clear it up this is not a regular bout of low blood sugar where your just weak and hangry, I’ve had those a million times in my life, almost daily if I’m 30mins late to a meal lol. There’s are severe basically I can’t workout, drive, stand etc when these severe ones happen. Which is why I’m worried.

yes you need to disclose everything. It may not be what you think it is.

Medical solutions are found in the doctors office, not on a forum of mostly homosexuals males.....

I'll have you know I've seen all seasons of House and Untold Stories of the ER so I'm kind of an expert now.

In all seriousness, disclose everything so the doc gets the clearest picture and help figure it out. Keep us posted man

I'm with Spongy; take no chances. I completely understand you not wanting to say anything but if they know what they are talking about (and should) they will know that's not an over abuse. It's funny how some crack addict is more open about their use then we are about test use.

Good luck my man on finding the problem and keep us posted.

So i'm guessing you are a diabetic? type 1 or 2? I would disclose everything you only have one life, unless your religion tells you otherwise..

def sounds like you may be hypoglycemic based on your discussion but Im with everyone else - you need to disclose it. in the grand scheme - they cant say anything as a dr b/c you are not causing harm to anyone else or threatening your own. they would need to know this - i typically dont disclose things at 1st to the Dr just solely b/c i dont want them to jump to "oh thats it" and see what they say, i do however bring it towards the end solely so its the last thing they hear so they have to work thru everything else 1st. but no, i would not think that the 300mg would have anything to do with it, additionally they say the test can help stabilize some people's basal sugar levels. keep us updated tho! just be sure and keep some glucose tabs around or a bag of skittles or just a Sunny-D

Bloods are back
my HDL is a bit low it’s at 35 supposed to be higher than 40, AST is at 47 supposed to be under 40. Other than that everything is good blood count and thyroid was fine.
So next step is to get a blood sugar monitor and get a blood sugar Reading when this happens the next few times and record it as well as the circumstances that may have caused it to see what may be the trigger, so far it’s been random times so
i can’t really link anything similar to the onset of the different episodes of whatever this is. Any advice on test to run will be gladly accepted my doctor was kind of stumped and couldn’t refer Anything else she said she would have to see what my sugar reading was when I was having the symptoms, hence why I’m getting the blood sugar reader. She did recommend an EKG but I declined.
