Today's post training meal is pelmini and a pint of Halo Top. Pelmini is Russian, there's seasoned ground sirloin inside. I switch back and forth between this and the above posted meal post training because the pelmini is labor intensive for Mrs. BRICKS to make (she makes about 100 at a time, I eat 20-25 per meal). She bools this in beef broth, i eat it as is, but can be eaten with any sauce, etc....20240130_183106.jpg

So meal #2, post training is one of the two above. Meal #1, immediately retraining is 1 scoop ON Pro Gainer and with an extra 1 scoop of ON whey.

Meal #3 is (all weights cooked weight) 12 0z shredded very lean sirloin (cooked in the smart pot) and 300 gm white rice. Tablespoon or two of either Dasida or Vegeta in the water to cook the rice for flavor.

So I'm pretty sure the bovine species stepped up the game and unleashed biological warfare against me for my brutal acts of barbarism.
Since last Monday every time I eat I feel sick, food is out within an hour and I become extremely gassy for 8hrs. I might have to sign a peace treaty where I promise to cook POWs 2 minutes longer.

Similar to some of the baddies here at the gym, I'd eat that.

Pancit
I used too much broth

Here's the recipe if anybody wants it. I just noticed my pancit noodles were 7 oz recipe calls for 8oz, which could definitely explain the noodles not absorbing all liquid. I used a precooked rotisserie chicken then as the meat became juicier mixed with the broth it became mushy. I did double the recipe. I would increase the cabbage quantity by a cup per serving.
