That would be Frank Zane sir!

Arnold is very much an ecto if you see him when he's OFF. He has even said he thinks he's more ecto-meso. And Jay isn't pure endo, as he has small joints, waist (see young pictures) etc. Endos are characterized by larger joints, waist, and heavy bones.

I'll take Arnie's physique with better leg development.

I would kill to look like arnold. He is the legend in our sport. There will always be incredible bodybuilders show up from time to time but NO ONE will ever compare to arnold and his massive chest. We all talk about overtraining. He trained 2 times a day 6 days a week. Good thing he didn't listen to people or we would have never seen the best at his best.

Frank is just lean, mean and baddass, still looks athletic with plenty meat. I love being full and thick but it does limit all out performance like fighting and out working 20 year olds.
