Because I read the diet and training to learn more about it. If I thought I had some information that wasn't already on the Forum or that you guys didn't already know pertaining to diet or training I would share it but I don't. Most of my bodybuilding knowledge came from early '90s books and magazines. I'm not an expert in that topic and I didn't go to school for that topic which is why I'm here to learn about it. I've asked plenty of questions via pm about topics that should stay in a p.m. that have to do with bodybuilding. On the other hand I did go to school for history and geopolitics. Although I wouldn't call myself an expert I'm definitely educated on the topic so I have information to share.

I try to stay on topic with the thread and comment if I have something to add. If I feel that I might even come close to derailing a thread I will say to PM me.

It's the same in the music thread. I post plenty in the music thread.. Wait for it.. about music.

I've only been back on the forum for a couple weeks after a couple year break but when I start my progress thread you'll be the first to know.

I stumbled across this list and found it pretty interesting. A few of the steps on this list have already happened or are in the process of happening. Some feel likely to happen soon. Others feel more far-fetched. What do you think of it? Is he on to something or is he full of it?

I have resisted doing a deep dive into this so far cuz I like to wait until sometime passes and there's as much information out as possible sift through. But one thing I know for sure is that just like 9/11 was pornography for zionists and neo-cons it's the same here. Anytime Hamas attacks anything Israeli Israel gets a giant boner and can't wait to, as they put, "it mow the lawn".
So I'm very interested to see the intelligence reports that come out after the dust settles on this initial attack. Especially because as you guys were saying it looks like the traditional Palestinian allies don't want to continue the conflict. In the past when that's been the case often there has been intelligence reports that come out showing that Israel ignored intelligence and or gave operational support to ensure they were or looked like they were attacked first.
Lastly if that list came true or something like it I just don't see how the United States could Escape destruction. We can't win a traditional troops on the ground war against Russia and China and the one way we can win a war is mutually assured destruction. Not to mention we're broke. I just don't see a situation where the United States can come out all right if things escalate to that level.
