Boxing, strength training and diet.

Hey guys!

I do boxing 4 times a week and fullbody 3 times, i train to look good and be healthy, i wanna be 80-85 lean. Im around 83 kg now.

FB program is:
A: 3x5-10
Squat
Bench
pullups
B: same
Deadlift
OHP
Dips

Boxing is 30-60 minutes.

I eat organic and when im hungry, no real diet plan, just healthy and regular.

I do 250 mg test e ew. Year around. Goal is to look lean and be as strong as possible.

Age: 28
Weight: 83 kg
183 cm
Been working out for 3 years.

I'll respond here and in another thread .... when I lift, I squat. When I box, the last thing I want is huge legs. I found them diametrically opposed as the big muscles require a ton of oxygen.

Now, as a general rule, lifting is great to make anyone stronger/faster. I did a lot of dumbbell work and core stuff while fighting (18 amateur fights, 12 of them as a masters competitor).

Probably doesn't answer your question directly but passing on my experience. Also, I was not on test so there is no way I could have handled heavy lifting and boxing recovery wise.
