Echoing what everyone else has said, time to start hitting those weights hard. Muscle tissue is much more metabolically demanding than fat - eg as you build muscle it will aid in burning more fat by boosting your basal metabolic rate.
Also, I noticed you threw out max bench and max dead numbers....if you’re not squatting you better start! What a lot of bro’s with chicken legs don’t understand is that full body compound movements (the deadlift is great but squat is KING) induce a SYSTEMIC Growth Hormone response due to the high levels of stress put on the system...aka you squat, you grow everywhere.
