Hello everyone

I'm 28 years old been in the game for approx 10 years and lifting for 15 years

Initial cycles were of test and primobolan, in the early 20s some with tren

At this stage I'm only, or almost only into peptides based hormones. Currently i'm on 2,5 iu hgh - where my dosing schedule is set to be increased for anabolic purposes hitting 4,5-5 and adding in some insulin (levemir & novorapid) Dosing on insulin will be conservative - And I have experience with insulin, also checking my bloodsugar regularly

My stats is
Years: 28
Weight: 190 lbs
Height: 5,9
BF: 10-12 atm

Achievement purposes: Mainly to be in good shape. More of fitness category of bodybuilding, than the monster-size category. Thus will be combining weightlifting consisting of primarily exercises (squat, deadlift, military press, etc) with running and possible some crossfit style exercies.
I don't have exacts yet, if that is what you are asking. When I have a concrete plan I will manage my expectations appropriately.

Actually I made the profile for feedback on this cycle.

I got most covered by looking into other already talked through of similiar topics

Though I might post a log with progress and the schedule including diet, training and peptides/anabolic agents

I see, that works better

In recovery from crossfit :cool: I see that, it can be addictive, didn't realize that one has too come off it to
