Var dosage

Come next week, i'll be in the last 8 weeks on cycle, which means i'll start my var. At first i was considering 50mgs/day, but think 75/d is probably a better choice. Can anyone chime in with their experiences at 75mg or greater? Thanks a bunch.

I've always responded well with 50mg.

i did fine on 50mg but I did bump to 75mg.I just noticed a stronger pump almost to much it was killing my arm workouts

I have done 3 var runs now. All at 50. All went well
I'd start at 50 and taper as needed

But something that I felt worked well for me was my dosage timing
Training days - 50mg 2hours prior to train
Non train day - 25mg 2x a day (5hours apart)

I do it the same way as 413. 50 a couple hours before gym on training days and split on non training days.
