I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that PB powder was 8 grams of protein PER SERVING, and most of them are a 2 Tablespoon serving size. Small distinction, but wouldn't want you to mess up your macros!

I use peanut powder in my post workout shake every day. I love it. If you care to try it, it goes a little something like this.

11oz Fairlife Nutrition Plan
1 cup egg whites
1 cup frozen fruit usually mango or peaches
1 scoop BCAAs
2 tbsp Crazy Richard's peanut powder

Dunno how much is a tablespoon(nor when will you learn the metric system:32 (16):) but my pb powder 1 serv(12g of dry powder) has 48kcal, 1.12g fat, 3g carb(2g sugar) and 5.71g protein.

Just over 2.2g protein more than same size serving of normal pb and 5x less fat.

Usually do 2 serves though for my french toast or as a topping for Fage Yoghurt or cottage cheese.

Its so good Ive eaten it dry, like the monster that I am. :)

I’m considering giving these pancakes a try. I’m a traditional peanut butter kind of guy so maybe I’ll switch it up

Update on those pancakes.

Made them yesterday for breakfast. I bypassed the pb syrup though.

They’re not bad, definitely not what I’ve grown up with obviously, so with that being said I didn’t feel as bloated or lethargic after eating them

I don't really like it very much. I've ordered regular peanut butter and protein paste, but I like it best with chocolate. How does it taste? It should be pretty good. Need to find where to buy it.
