Arimidex dosing

How often should arimidex be dosed? EOD? Only the day after injection of testosterone?

I’ve never been sure how often it needs to be taken and how long a dose works in your body.

And when doing blood work to check estradiol, how long should I wait after last Arimidex administration?

I personally wouldn't be taking that stuff, unless it's needed.

If you're not running a massive amount, and if you know that your body will raise e2 quickly and you will run into problems with high estrogen, then .5mg a day after injection would most likely keep you in check, but everyone is different.

I feel like he's very concerned about gyno. Wants do to whatever he can to be sure that it is never an issue.

200mg a week of test, split twice a week

.5mg Arimidex taken day after shot. So total of 1mg per week. I feel like I need a hair more but I’ve been apprehensive to increase the ai dose while on trt alone

33 isn't bad for 800 ng Test levels.

I think the majority are better off without ai. But everybody is different.

Yeah, go by how you're feeling moreso than the number, but don't ignore the number either if it gets silly.

If i remember correctly anastrozole takes about a week to reach steady levels and has a half life of about 4 days.

I feel like anastrozole is one of those things you have to balance how your feeling/side effects with the lab work to get dialed in.

Half life is about 2 days give or take, and it's about 4-5 half lives to be out of the body, but there's overlap and compounding with the dosing. So I think you'll be fine with 2x per week, could even do 3x per week at 0.5 per if it's easier to split the pill.
