I was having a conversation with my kid, and this topic came up.

I've thumbed my way through a lot of books, but never really read one "cover to cover".

So the question is which bodybuilding books (theory) have you read that you feel is superior to the others?

Only book ive read is arnolds book so i cant really say. Ill have to download this one you guys are talking about. No doubt it will be free.
