I hit back twice - on upper day with rack pulls and pulldowns and on pull day. I just don't like deadlifts, they never gave me good results.Back only 1x week. Personally, I would try to hit them 2x a week. Also, don't see any deadlifts.
Sadly it's cbum, not me. I guess i look decent for the amount of time i lift but have a long road to goif that's you in your avi….. who cares what we think hahaha
