Favorite and Least Favorite Lift

I feel like everyone has something they love to do and something they would rather die than do. I love conventional deadlifts. I feel like hitting a PR on deadlift is just an insane primal feeling. My least favorite is hip thrusts. I can’t stand doing them and it’s so awkward for me to get into the position to start the movement. I’m sure my form is dog water and I’m perfectly fine knowing that because I avoid them at all costs 😂

Favorite is bench. Squat was but my knees are so fucked up right now it hurts to squat the bar.

Least favorite...our hammer strength shoulder machine kills my shoulder

My favorite is front squats for lower body and for upper body I'd say pin press. If I'm talking about mind muscle connection love, I'd pick straight arm pull downs. I get really zen doing those.

My least favorite is SSB split squats. It feels like I'm being crushed for an unreasonably long period of time because I'm only doing one leg at a time. A set of 12, for example, feels like an eternity.

Ttaditional squats used to be my favorite, but I also herniated my L1 and T12 doing them, so now I cant do them anymore.

Fav's: incline dB pullovers, Jefferson squats and deadlifts on an old school smith machine.

Least fav: tricep kickbacks and step ups

Deadlift (any variation) and Overhead Press are my two favorite. I’m trying to hit 225 now on OHP. I can get 215 before it turns to more of a push.

Favorite(s): DB Incline Press (titty pump!) and DB Rows (lat pump)

Least Favorite; DB Lunges (my balance sucks)

Favorite would be dumbbell rows. Least favorite are lateral raises and upright rows to a lesser extent. The rotator cuffs and ROM limits make it a difficult, uncomfortable exercise.
