Hi all. Browsed around for a few days, tons of great info here. Looking forward to learning from all of you. I am 35 5’7” at 185lbs. Athletic build. I’ve been in and out of the gym since I was 15-16. Played football through high school and most of college. I have had a lot of success in the gym from forums like this. I’ve learned different training methods, movements, diets and gear recs. Happy to be apart of this one.

So what are your current goals?

I came off all gear about 4 months ago. Wife wanted another baby. Well we are blessed and are expecting spring 2022.
I’m currently doing my homework for my next cycle. I really want to take this approach differently then I have all others. I have always stuck to making lean gains. I never really put much weight on but more body transformations. This time around I would like to pack on size. I’d like to be in the 190s by January/Feb. then of course we can dial it in for summer months.

So as a new member I have some questions. May I ask about the credibility of a specific source? I understand we can’t ask for sources. I’ve done some reading on this site and others. I have put a list of a few sources that I’ve seen come up a few times and I’d like to get feedback on if they’re reliable. Thanks a lot
