78 year old ex steroid user, retired power lifter, retired Los Angeles county sheriff. Have not used any steroids for 20 years.

Here to read, learn & make friends. Not to be a been there & done that many years ago, type of jerk.

Well that is an intro. Maybe because you are a sheriff that no one replied yet. But 78 that is fantastic. I'm 55 and I'm sure I won't get to 78. It is hard to workout what a sheriff is for an Australian. But some type of local police.
Fantastic history with powerlifting. You must have so many stories. I started lifting in the 80s. No one here is intetested in hearing about those days. But maybe we can chew the fat.
