Hello from a Newbie

Greetings to All.

Glad to be part of UGBbuilding. I have been reading here since long and here for few days and no doubt it was of immense help. I shared my data and brief history of my ass on some other thread, replies to which helped me a lot. Right now I am trying to gain weight natuarlly and on a break for a little time, may be till August this year I will start my first proper cycle.


I am 32, 67 kgs 5 ft 4 inches from Pakistan. These days I am trying to get a tight grip on my macros, and noting down what I am eating. I have also got my latest labtest results which I am gonna put here soon, every thing is under the normal range. And a Dexa Scan is also in the pipeline.
