started doing gymnastics conditioning/calisthenics about a year ago after reading convict conditioning. no access to gym. Came back to civilization and added squats, deadlift, bench and over-head press to my routine 2 months ago. Working on closing the #2 CoC right now. Last 1/2" still eludes me. Maybe in a few months.
Came to SI after found out recently my test was somewhere around 230. Can't remember exact number off hand, but low enough to qualify for trt. No insurance.
Here to learn about unsupervised/self-admin trt and also about general use.
