Pin 75mg of TNE an hour prior to your workout brother... and all hell will break loose for the next four hours. Oh, and if you have a hot date... pin 75mg before that too... ( if you are running caber and mast or proviron in with your stack pinning the TNE will make you a world class porn star )

I use anywhere from 50 to 100mg pre workout. Pin 1 to 2 hours pre workout. Strength goes up a bit, but the big noticeable difference is that you won't want to stop... You can just lay on the volume like never before.

What is TNE?
