My knees feel like shit when I do Hack Squats, and I'd like for them not to. Some folks recommend knee sleeves for general comfort purposes, but I know fuck all about knee sleeves so I need some help.
I don't want/need them to necessarily change the weight I'm lifting, like I don't need it to be easier - I truly just want my knees to feel less like shit when I hit quad movements.
Thickness?
Brand?
Anything else I should know?
