What are your muscle goals?
How is your nutrition?
How hard are you training in the gym?
How many sets, reps, supersets, Dropsets are you doing at each workout station?
Are you taking any gear, if so what compounds and at what dosages?
My muscle goals is to grow as much muscle size as possible. It will not happen Over night. Time and consistency is our friend.
